General

• I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel as though I cannot complete it to the best of my ability or it is otherwise out of my scope.

• I retain full rights to my music; it follows that I reserve the right to upload any completed songs to my social media for the purposes of showcasing my work.

• The songs are permitted to be used in non-commercial contexts with credit given OR monetized videos / streams where the music is not the main focus. My work is not allowed to be resold or redistributed.

• If full buyout rights to the music is required, please reach out to me so that options can be discussed.

• Reference tracks and descriptions are appreciated so that I can gauge a more accurate idea of the kind of song that you want.

• Upon completion of the commission, the audio files (WAV, MP3, etc.) will be uploaded to Google Drive and sent to you with respect to previous methods of communication (Twitter, Discord, Email).

• Where my work is used, I must be clearly credited.

• Upon starting the commission, the average turnaround for a track can take up to two months depending on the complexity of the request.

• By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service.


Payment & Refunds

• Rates are in USD, and all payments are to be sent through Cash App or PayPal.

• A deposit of $50 USD upfront is required before I begin working on a request. The rest of the payment will be collected throughout the finalization of the project. This is only nulled if I agree to receive payment at a later date

• In the case of more substantial projects, I'm open to discussion around different payment options.

• Once work on the project has began, all payment is final and non-refundable.
